Citizen Science Heroes
Audubon Wyoming would like to recognize and thank citizen science heroes from around the state. These people are everyday heroes who take the initiative and go out and embrace science in order to advance understanding of our local birds and wildlife. If you know of an individual or group that deserves recognition please let us know. Contact Dusty Downey via email, or by phone at (307) 756-3941.
Newest Heroes!
Carrie Sneden and her husband Brad, along with their children Drew and Audrey, and their grandparents, Richard and Elaine Rund, are our newest Citizen Science Heroes. They built and put up 10 Bluebird Boxes on their land in Cheyenne Wyoming across from Curt Gowdy Park. It went very well because 5 of the 10 had nests—which is pretty good for a first summer!
