Conservation Efforts & Actions

The second goal of the IBA Program is to monitor sites for changes to birds and habitats. For each monitoring program, citizen scientists are trained to collect the appropriate date, thereby creating a grassroots network of citizen scientists who value the IBA sites in their communities.
